The Observer 'споглядач' (spoglyadach) is an extension of Public
Gathering project
and is an installation, designed to create a space for a counter
audience, situated around
a protest-action by the families, deprived of a suitable living space in the city
of Kiev, Ukraine
prior to 24th of august, 2005 (Ukraine's Independence Day and President Uschenko's
official visit to the Sofia Cathedral).
'the observer' is a collaboration
